Configuring "Connection to Oyster"

Setting up Email programmes (Microsoft Outlook, Internet Mail,
Outlook Express and Eudora)

Setting up Internet Browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer)

Telecom Cook Islands Ltd's Internet technical service support function
will not provide support for issues relating to:

Application Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access etc)
-
Operating System functions (DOS, Windows)
-
Hardware (modem, mouse, keyboard etc).

How to use Email Programme
-
How to browse the Internet
-
How to download and install anything from the Net
-
How to send attachments
-
Any corruption involving Viruses
-
Any other hardware/software (DVD, VCD, Scanners, Fax)

We do not do Site visits to a business or home. This service is not
provided due to human resource availability.

Help at Oyster is only available during normal business hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm excluding statutory holidays.
